Payment methods

If paying by check (our preferred method of receiving payments) make the check payable to nJoy Science, and mail it to

If paying by cash, see us in person.

Payments

A non-refundable $25 application fee, per family, is due on application. This is part of the whole tuition fee. The balance of fees is due on or before Orientation Day in August.

On submission of an application form, you will receive an email confirmation. The application fee is due on receipt of this email and should be received  by us within 10 days to hold your spot. Do not pay an application fee until you have received the confirmation email. Applications with an unpaid fee will be moved to the waiting list and will not guarantee a place in the class.

Application fees may be paid by check, or through Paypal, from our website. Checks should be made payable to "nJoy Science" and mailed to 394 Amhurst st, Concord, NC 28025.

Tuition payments may be made by check or cash at orientation day, or through Paypal, from our website, prior to orientation day. If tuition fees are not paid by orienation day, the student will be moved to the waiting list and may loose their place in the class.Checks should be made payable to "nJoy Science".

Students may enter a class after the school year has begun, provided there is space in the class. In this case the fee will be pro-rated for the rest of the year.

Discounts

Returning students who pay in full by April 30th will receive a 10% discount.

All families with two or more siblings registering will be given a 5% discount for the whole family.

A limited number of scholarships are available to worthy students whose families cannot afford the tuition fees. If you would like to apply for one of these please contact us.

Refunds

The $25 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you withdraw from a class: Since your registration may prevent another student from signing up in your student's place, refunds of tuition fees are generally not given for the part of the year that the student has withdrawn from. Each case is considered on it's own merit.
